A THANKSGIVING CUT OUT TO COLOR
I've made a couple of versions of this. I lightened it, then cropped it to show just the doll. I wish I had Photoshop again but Microsoft ate up memory that Photoshop needed to work so, at the moment, I have no way to make scans larger.
I'm not sure what year this was printed. Maybe in the 30's or 40's.

BETSY MCCALL'S SCHOOL PREPARES FOR THANKSGIVING
This was the first Betsy I ever had. Mom would finish reading the magazine and then would cut out the doll for me. All my original dolls were thrown away when I moved out. I remember keeping them in a shoe box. I had quite a collection. From 1964 until 1976 when I moved out. This one I bought as an adult.
