From the Fun on a Rainy Day activity book

Both of these books were published in the 1950's by Merrill Publishing.

And a paper doll by Lucy Eleanor Leary from a CD I bought on Ebay. Quality isn't the best but until I own this particular paper doll myself and can scan it at a higher dpi that the original is, it will have to do.
