45TH SILKSTONE BARBIE WEARING A ORIGINAL ONE OF A KIND DRESS I CALL COUNTRY SUNSHINE PLUS 2 PAPER DOLLS

An original on a kind dress.  I bought it on Ebay so I don't remember who was the original designer.  It is modeled by my 45th Anniversary Silkstone Barbie.
